Availability of any Service Provider
Acceptance of any service request
Quality of services performed by Service Providers
Completion of requested services
Accuracy of information provided by users

Customers and Service Providers are responsible for evaluating each other and determining whether to proceed with services.

7. Payments and Fees

Certain services may require payment through the Platform. You agree that:

Payment information provided must be accurate
You authorize applicable charges
Fees and pricing will be displayed before payment whenever possible

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment processors.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Avqeron INC during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Avqeron INC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
